For example, you can invite your marketing staff to help manage your rewards and campaigns. At the same time, your customer service staff can check customer loyalty point balances and redemptions to answer individual questions. S Loyalty will verify individual access rights every time so that your updated staff roles will show only relevant information.

Setting User Roles in BigCommerce

BigCommerce merchants can invite staff members with the following steps:

  1. Go to your BigCommerce console
  2. Click Account Settings
  3. Click Users
  4. Click Edit under Action
  5. Check “S Loyalty – Loyalty Program Designed for BigCommerce” under Single Click Apps and save.

Adding Staff Accounts on Shopify

Shopify merchants can invite staff members with the following steps:

  1. Go to your Shopify console.
  2. Click Settings in the bottom right corner.
  3. Click Account to open the page.
  4. Select the staff account you’d like to invite under the section Accounts and permissions.
  5. Check “Customers” and “Orders” in the permission list and save.

For Shopify merchants, we have made it possible for users to log in to S Loyalty without an e-mail and password. Invited users can access S Loyalty directly in the Apps section of the Shopify Store Admin page.
