Just starting out? New Shopify stores with no more than 50 orders lifetime may be eligible for our free Starter Plan. Learn More.
To support merchants who just opened their online stores on Shopify, we’re offering a free Starter Plan for up to 12 months.
Our Starter Plan includes features available in the Basic Plan, with the following exceptions:
- Only Basic Reward types are available (e.g. no product or collection rewards)
- Basic point earning rules (e.g., no min. order thresholds)
- Earn points for purchases only
- Must turn on Rewards Tab
- No Past Order Import or System Email to Shoppers
- No Scheduled Campaigns and Special Bonuses
The Starter Plan is only for new stores that have no more than 50 orders lifetime, and have less than 100 loyalty program transactions.
If your store exceeds these limits or have been on the Starter Plan for 12 months, you will be required to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
